MADISON, Fla. —North Florida College is giving ambitious professionals across the region a powerful new pathway to leadership. This fall, NFC will launch its Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Management, a program designed to help students step confidently into management roles in government, healthcare, and business.

To celebrate the launch, the College is offering free tuition covering up to 15 credit hours to the first 20 eligible students enrolled in the 2025 fall semester. The NFC Foundation will also provide limited scholarships to cover the cost of instructional materials, helping students start their journey with fewer financial barriers.

“This new bachelor’s program is about opening doors and building skills that matter in today’s workforce,” said Dr. Jennifer Page, NFC Vice President of Academic and Student Affairs. “We are proud to give our students an opportunity to grow their careers and make an impact in their communities.”

The program is open to students who have completed an Associate in Arts or Associate in Science degree. Coursework emphasizes real-world skills in budgeting, personnel management, policy adherence, leadership and problem solving all which are critical for supervisory positions. Classes are offered in flexible formats, including online and hybrid options, to accommodate working professionals.
